Our Story

Our name says it simply: we are at the centre. At the centre of the village, and — we like to think — at the centre of many good days in the Dachstein region.

Our Concept

Coffee culture is taken seriously in Austria, and we honour that tradition. Quality beans, carefully steamed milk, and the patience to get every cup right — from a short espresso to a classic Einspänner under whipped cream.
